Exhibitors
If your business or organization falls within the fields of mindfulness and wellness, you are what our attendees would be looking for.
With a 6 x 6 ft booth space, we ask our exhibitors to provide their own table and chairs.
With a 10 x 10 ft booth space, we provide one table and two chairs, plus an opportunity to give a 5 minute presentation about your business and brand at the beginning of one of our workshops. Exhibitor applications can be found here: https://mindfulnessexpo.com/partner/
We have two booth options: a 6 x 6 ft space and a 10 x 10 ft space
If you need larger than a 10 x 10 ft space, fill out the application, and one of our representatives gets back to you, let them know of your specific needs. Application for booths can be found here: https://mindfulnessexpo.com/partner/
Attendees
If you’d like to take notes in our workshops, bring your notebook and pen. If you’d like to take our yoga classes, bring your yoga mat. If you’d like to shop from our exhibitors, bring your credit card. Not all exhibitors accept cash. We also recommend bringing your water bottle and snacks/food.

Yes. We provide a wrist band for you at check in, and you can go in and out as much as you’d like.
Yes. We welcome people of all ages to attend!
Yes. Your general admission ticket is good for all the workshops, yoga classes and our exhibitor room.
You create your own schedule and can stay with us for the whole day or join us for part of the day.
There are restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Yet, we do recommend you bring your own lunch and snacks.
